Our Operation

- The Food Shack – Our original, fast-casual restaurant founded in 2010 focused on clean, bold, everyday tacos and street eats.
- Island Time Catering Co. – Our catering company serving casual events of many shapes and sizes, from backyard parties to laid back weddings.
- Rising Tide BBQ – A brighter and lighter spin on traditional southern BBQ. Clean ingredients, top shelf meats, award winning sides, and decadent desserts. It’s all prepared right here.
- Commissary Kitchen – The heartbeat of our prep and production operation, serving both restaurant and catering arms.
- Wholesale & Bottling – We produce and bottle sauces, rubs, and other products under both The Food Shack & Rising Tide BBQ.
