The Food Shack was founded in 2010. Inspired by the flavors and feels of the Pacific, Caribbean, Central America and west coast, we created our own unique twist on “tacos & street eats” with a relentless pursuit of excellence in the quality of ingredients we use, dishes we prepare, and service delivered.

Our mission is “To enrich lives in our community & raise the tide for the next generation by providing a path to better food
